Cyber Nations has embarked on an ambitious program with the Government of Barbados to train 1,500 Barbadians in essential, relevant, and marketable skills—preparing them for careers in cybersecurity. The first cohort has graduated and is ready to make a real difference, and fill some of the 3.5M unfilled cybersecurity roles. Starting June 2023, employers that are looking for resources to help protect their organization and grow their cybersecurity team can hire from this incredible pool of trained professionals.

The Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the security of your company's networks, systems, and data. They will work closely with your IT team to monitor and analyze security systems, identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

The Vulnerability Specialist will be responsible for identifying and analyzing security vulnerabilities in your company's networks, systems, and applications. They will work closely with your IT team to develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the security of your company's information.

The Cybersecurity Incident Responder will be responsible for managing and responding to cybersecurity incidents in your company. They will work closely with your IT team to detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents, ensuring the security and availability of your company's information.

The Cyber Literacy Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering cybersecurity training and awareness programs to your company's employees. They will work closely with your IT team to ensure that your employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to protect your company's information and systems.
